Why do NA kids always have some kind of sentence or word that is really cool to say?
Previously it was "No cap", "Diff", "Sheesh", and now we got he "ratio" thing.
As a non american i found these things strange and cringe at the same time, when everyone says that it doesn't make it funny or valuable meme after all. Only people with low ego and no friends say that, because they want to be part of something. Ok maybe that was too much, but it has my point.

i don't use these words juse because it it overused by almost everyone in the community removing all the value from the phrases, i don't usually like being in the majority just to boost my ego to feel cool, its not the correct way

I'm pretty sure every region, country, language has these kind of Slangs, catchy words but the NA ones gets trendy worldwide just because of them being in English, an international language, imo and also NA being the home of entertainment and prolly a region, most looked forward to in terms of that.
