A lot of people are saying that Tier 1 Eu haven't switched to Valorant from CS (which is mostly true), But which teams would pick them up as big EU orgs like Liquid, G2,etc all have a good squads would they just drop their players for teir 1 cs pros who are inexperienced?

you are simply wrong eu teams have a lot of players that could be replaced

what im tryna to get at is: is it beneficial to pickup a CS pro who is really inexperienced with the ability and tactic of Valorant rather than continuing to improve with a very experienced player who has been playing from the start of the beta

yes, extremely beneficial. people severely overrate the differences between the two games

obviously its still a risk as every player will take a while to get comfortable, so you wouldn't pick up some average t2-3 cs player purely because they played cs

People over exaggerate the difference between the games, it would probably take like 2-3 months most likely less for a CS pro to adapt
