Riot really nerfed all the other teams so prx can win Shanghai and then tehy are going to bring back our best maps after so we can win champs

Yes they're playing this patch in shangai but what he meant is: Teams who qualify for shangai, after the event ends, will only have 1 week to practice and change EVERYTHING because viper is now completely ass.
