Igls or coaches

Who would you pick among a top tier igl and a top tier coach? Also does players skill even matter anymore in top level when you have a top tier coach? Just my opinion but I think coaching is getting a bit overrated lately.

Onur is FA and 100% who I would choose to start a project from 0. Definitely not if I was gonna maintain players from old roster, he usually requires full power and I think he has earned the right to do so

a top tier igl like saadhak who can also act as a coach

top IGL, shouldnt even be a question, if u can get a top IGL that can build a team himself then you do it, if not then try to gamble on a coach who knows how to build a project, coaches in valorant have more power than they should because of the lack of igls, in cs elite IGLs are worth millions and way more important than 99% of coaches, u only get a top coach if its someone like b1ad3, zonic or engh in valorant, it must said tho that historically in valorant the importance of the igl hasnt been as important due to how every player has differnt abilities and u dont need to coordinate smokes/flashes/mollies with such specific lineups or administration of util like in cs but I think that might change going forward, I think having a top coach but no top IGL who can control things inside the server will become more and more out of fashion going forward
