I think this team would have some good firepower and brains with russ. Idk about coach literally anybody would do a better job. Bring back eraser maybe? This is fairly realistic too I think since I know for a fact that GE won't spend big money on players. These players will really give you bang for your buck. Since GE in franchising they'll also have some sway in in the SA region allowing them to poach venka and anq. What do yall think?

what a mismanagement for that 1st GE squad lead to🤣🤣🤣, you had t3xture, Monyet and yet you still chose the fraud than LightningFast leading to a dysfunctional team for that 2023, everyone agreed that even before the season start LF was more consistent than b0tssi and now with this season you got your coach to nepo hire p0lvi, again, another mismanagement. you will get "dissapointment" again if you guys isn't addressing elephant in the room LMAOOOOOOOOOOOO

the real issue were the comms; for last years GE. Texture wasn't comfortable with english so they couldn't put him on duelist. They didn't have proper smokes, so they had to put monyet on smokes, and that enabled rossi to play duelist.

Their only mistake was that they should've put more faith in LF than Rossi. even before GE got the franchise spot; lf was more consistent than rossi. Rossi had higher stats only cus he used to OP a lot and indian scene in general was awful dealing against OP.

I understand that they had to put rossi in for PR and sponsorship and indian vierwerbase support reasons, but lf was obviously the better pick all along.

agreed on the comms issues played a big part but I mean as duelist you don't really need to comms that hard see example: Alecks emphasis on his duelists for not to think too much and just shoot, Vanity (according to OXY own interview) told OXY just to shoot

I believe Eraser is a good coach but he can't do much about the politics in the team, probably. that's just another mismanagement and for 2024 they gave too MUCH freedom (allowing nepo hire to happen)

Having a long contract doesn't mean anything to the org. They can release them anytime they want, unless they want to create a contract jail for a hefty buyout.

I dont think the "high buyout price" is stopping other teams from buying Russ, Polvi and Spin out. I dont think any other team would even consider them if they get booted from GE.

Rossi used to be flashy, but for now, for venka I have lots of concerns. He is very off-the-cuff and also not very coachable. I don't know why he is getting any hype. People gotta start understanding its much better if u are fundamentally good rather than being flashy.

They should either revamp GE to an All indian team or atleast an ALL South asian team.
One can easily create a T1 team from South asia, albeit yes they would need a bit of warming up and practicing but it is more than just possible.

This team needs a star fragger, Anq and venka are not good enough to be that. Try getting someone like Deryeon from BLEED, he is getting wasted on support, guy is a very good duelist.

Underrated talents in Indian scene who really should be taught and nurtured further:
Techno : Really consistent and stable on smokes
Paradox : Has good fundamentals; and has really good temperament to understand the game further; very coachable; has potential to improve a lot.
Levi: good on smokes, but feel that he is being put on wrong role for his team. should try playing a bit more aggressive agents which suit his style of play

None of them are Tier1 level, but definitely can get there given an year with solid structure.
