It generally depends on which game is more popular in the region; Apex is a good example where NA completely stomps EU cuz the comp scene is better developed for that region, Cod and Halo are also good examples where EU is just not that well developed compared to NA. Dota and CS are obvious examples of EU dominating simply cause the games are not that popular in NA and the comp scene isnt as developed. There are exceptions of course to the popularity aspect but mostly its consistent.
We've been bullying them for decades now in other games so they overreact heavily when they are decent in one game
