Well I think saying there were 2 better teams than them that tournament implies they weren't the best team = fluked. At least that's how I understand that term
A single bo3 not always, but if you lose a double elim tournament I'm sorry you weren't the better team.
That doesn't apply from the 2nd team on tho cause you can be eliminated for 2 harder teams
