Can someone explain emea groups

Why is one groups teams playing other groups team? Why is liquid not playing teams in their group etc..???

cuz riot games

split 1 teams play the other group
split 2 teams play within the group

Fnatic/KC/Vitality will indeed farm the other group and go 4-2 at the very least

Could definitely see TL go 3-3 or even 4-2 but only get 4th place and not make playoffs
