and people think demon1 vs loud was a better performance

theres a simple thing to consider, demon1 plays jett, demon1 is not the best entry itw, not close to it, he's not the best controller itw, not close to it.

Zekken is the best entry itw, not just the best duelist, since jingggs gone ofc.

FKPR is a bit misleading. a comment on the reddit post brings up a good point - he simply takes more first duels than everyone else on the list (demon1 and smth had to share entry w/ jawgemo and jinggg, etc)

if you look at zekken’s FK/FD differential, it’s only 0.04 at madrid - putting him on the same level as something and well below people like autumn and KK (0.14 and 0.08 differential respectively)

ofc zekken is still insane, but this statistic doesn’t automatically make him the goat

Getting a first kill mid and doing nothing off of it is different than if zekken dies on a site exec and gets traded, thats why he should be compared to jawgemo and aspas not something lol

right, but i think the amount of FK/FD zekken has says more about the sentinels system than anything else

look at fnc, who constantly sets up derke to take easily 20-30 first duels over a bo3; that’s their system and that’s how they find success
on the flipside, eg’s system was much less rigid about who took the first duel and so each individual player has a decent amt

the acs graph is nice tho and shows zekken to be as insane as he actually is

hello, I was the one who made the graph, and I see how my graph can be misleading. I wanted to show how zekken was able to be so consistently aggressive.

I have gotten other feedback that ACSwould be a better metric, so I am making that right now. I apologize if my graph was a bit misleading, and I will make a clarifying post.

In terms of fkpr, its not an incredibly important stat and it is dictated by playstyles.
To gain a better overall picture a combination of stats would be better, like using first kill involvements, traded first deaths and true first kills. Or obtaining the atk side data only to gain a better picture of the impact a duelist is having (for entrying purposes)
