Supamen is Rise's best player but I'd def argue that Shanks is number 2. Throughout the majority of VCT he's had plenty of carry level performances and in general frags better than Neptune

I think in the past two series that was generally true but historically for Rise Shanks has been the superior duelist

The most impact shanks has in any games is getting the first picks sometimes. But he always chokes important mid and late round kills. And neptune is way more consistent and clutch.
