Best and worst T1 players at Decision making

Hi Vlr users (Day two)
I'm trying to make a database similar to the football manager games for Valorant players and would love input on some of these stats. I'll try to post one of these every couple of days so I have less subjective ratings.
Please mention or explain what players have great Decision making and what one's are lacking
