thats true, at the very least find someone to climb with, but tbh you might be stressing for no reason, clearly you have what it takes for radiant etc, you might just be in a slump rn
as many coach say vod review is helpful but I only did it once and it was boring as hell and I figured out I was aiming too fast or some shit but tbh it was so boring i can understand if ppl are like "fuck vod reviewing"

Here's a detailed reply cause i am bored -
if we look at your last 3 games, the reason you lost was there was a player in your team who sucked -
7-17 cypher
4-19 breach
2-6 omen
Now the probability if you solo queue you get a teamate who might suck is 80 percent
if you find a duo it will be reduced to 60 percent
and if you get a trio it will be reduced to 40 percent
Not to mention the synergy and good comms you are guaranteed every game
