According to picture that they've posted in format thread it should be seed 2-5 in the same group
but it's just a prediction anyways u can make your own preds if u want

In the article it says the groups will be seeded based off of “2023 performance” and it specifies that the seeding is unclear but whoever wrote the article and made the graphic went with the assumption that 1st seed and 11th will go together, but they didn’t seed the other groups based on how they really should.
