As a renowned analyst within the scene, I believe 100T should pickup Nismo (- Asuna)

Cryo is a good player but ever since the chamber meta, he has become too passive. Asuna entries but is inconsistent af
100T needs a better entry. Jawgemo is in contract jail + Boostio & Bang r already playing smokes

That's why I think a player like Nismo who is usually on (raze/kayo) will fit perfectly

They should just sign Jawgemo for a better flex, because Asuna is absolute balls, and is not longer a top NA. Aside from that, they should focus on their coaching issue, ever since sgares left; 100T went in immediate downfall. Honestly, they should just dismantle every scrap left from EG by signing Potter and Jawgemo altogether.

Read my 3rd line. I would've said Jawg but it will take a lot to buy him out of contract jail + Bang/Boostio have both started playing smokes which is what Jawg flexes on too

I'm pretty sure Jawgemo could just leave tho, I mean Demon1 went to NRG and he's obviously much more valuable than Jawg is, and wasn't he the first of EG's 2023 rumored to be signed by another team aka G2? I think he can just leave and the buyout ain't that crazy, 100T is a big org anyway

Yea Cryo is passive but is still a good player mechanically

If he gets someone like how he had Zekken on XSET to do the bulk of the entrying, I think 100T will do well

the dynamic he had with Zekken on XSET can't work under the current meta. He can't just play chamber on every map

He doesn't need to Chamber. His mechanics didn't disappear after the nerf. Give him a guardian and he'll still hit his shots

He just needs a system around him similar to XSET that allows him to play passively. With an explosive entry like Zekken/Jawgemo, he can do that but not with Asuna

The only reason that playstyle worked in 2022 was because the chamber player could also trip flank, which completely removed the need to have someone on the Sentinel role.

Puttinga passive lurking awper player on jett nowadays is a complete waste of an agent slot, for attack side at least

No, Cryo ain't the problem, it's aAsuna. Cryo is a mechanically good player and he's passive by default. The problem is Asuna ain't like Jawg or Victor, these players were paired with Demon1 and yay; two of the most passive, micro-adjusting players, but they have their flex players to pretty much do the entry for them and play just as good despite taking another role, we expect on Cryo way too much, thinking he'd be a star duelist of the team.

Asuna’s util and flashes were the main reason Sunset was so close yesterday, I think he was setting them up well, just a couple of unlucky rounds that went the other way

It's not that he's the problem. It's just that replacing him with an explosive entry would be the best solution

Someone that can allow cryo to continue to play passively (Like his dynamic with Zekken)

That's what I'm tryna say too. Cryo is good mechanically so put him on a role where he can play passively & bring an explosive entry as the primary duelist

Watch the match and think “Asuna is playing pretty well.”

Look at stats and see he is the top rated player on his team, 9/3 first bloods, played 3 different roles.

Nobody's saying he's the problem. I'm saying that he's good but inconsistent. A player like Zekken / Nismo would work better in their system if they plan to build around Cryo

If 100T had a duelist like Leaf or Oxy, Asuna would fit right in but I don't think he will work with Cryo

Asuna has never been the problem lmfao. Every year hes proven that, from winning first strike, attending berlin, carrying 2022 lcq to being one of the best players in americas season(top 12 in acs and top 6 in assists per round)
Idk cryo on the other hand looks like a bot sometimes. He randomlu pushes, whiffs way more often, and i feel like his gamesense got worse. And hes pretty passive too
Eeiu i think is also a problem. The moment i watched him in redbull i knew it was going to be hard for 100t to be agressive. This guy lurks and baits way more than initiators should.
Like he rarely has any fb or fd compared to all the other initiator. If other initiators r able to push in with the team, he definitely should be able to
