you should just replace drinking water with bathwater
its better for u
plus if you don't bathe you have no water to drink so you are forced to keep clean

I use either Dymatize ISO100 or Syntha-6, but I prefer syntha-6 for cuz it taste good.
I tried optimum and its weird
optimum is just cheap and good macros, its one of the most watery out there.

and a biscuit from my country called Plazma its full of protein and vitamins
