i7 12700H + RTX 4060 8 GB is better. 12th gen i7 is good enough to run most games & you'll want to value GPU ram over CPU.

Also are you buying a PC or a laptop? Theres more stuff abt laptop that doesn't happen to PCs (as a laptop gamer here I know the pain)

Buy the second option, a 12th gen i7 is enough for gaming and the gpu will age better as it has more vram
