if we use these stats and consider the 75% percentile as being high elo then anyone above low plat is considered "high elo". Now you can argue all you want about how plats and diamonds etc are garbage but that won't change the fact that they're FACTUALLY high elo. (and for reference, "low elo" is just iron and most of bronze 💀)
