Agree, on frankfurt servers 50% of the games are decided after the first round when someone types "gg go next" in all chat. Being the center of all servers attracts people from all around thus having bad comms and language barriers. Not to forget the Turkish-germans who start shouting in turkish how they've fucked everyones mothers
Noticed frankfurt is worse because the germans throw the games when they hear english comms. The instant they hear non-germans, its actually gg go next. Many times, I would mute if all the other 4 are germans and they play fine. I talk half-way through and its gg again. This is the same in stockholm servers with russians but they're more friendly than germans/parisians. london is just a clusterfuck tbh. no pattern, just random games. pray your luck is decent on that day.
I queued on Madrid by accident once and it was unironically a pretty good experience. My team seemed nice, like no clue what they were talking about but the vibes were good (when it was just me and one other guy alive they did actually comm in English which was nice as well)

London server is great! Yesterday I had a wholesome team, all of whom spoke English and no incels. I know this because our jett was a female and absolutely slaying the whole game and no one was rude to our jett at all. Of course every once in a whole you get that annoying thrower and whatnot but it's definitely not 99 percent of all games.
i do not know what london servers you are queuing but the eu one doesnt work like this, you dont get throwers once in a while, it really is 30-50% of all games. the fact that ur jett was a girl and no1 was toxic towards her doesnt mean that majority of the games are like this? im a female and my duos a female and its more rare that everyones being nice.
