I've been in a slump lately, changing sensitivity frequently.

I used to have a favorite sensitivity, but after changing it so many times, I am no longer comfortable with it.

Can anyone tell me how to find a sensitivity? Also, any tips on how to keep that sensitivity?

How should I look for that enforcing sensitivity? Can I copy the sensitivity of a professional?

no don't copy someone else bc you're not them, find a sens that is a good balance between speed and accuracy for you and stick with it

best advice man is use PSA method website, and just stick with something. everytime u get an urge to change ur sens use a rubber band and snap it against ur wrist really hard

I'm going to slap my own hands every second and the teacher is going to suspect abuse xD
Joking aside, it is a very good idea and I will try it as soon as possible.

Well, firstly you need to know if you like slow or fast sense more

your sens will depend on mousepad size and aim style (wirst vs arm)

generally with your sens you should be able to do a 180 with one swipe without running out of mousepad space

Imo high sens better than low sens

I just kept it despite low sens apparently being better in fps games

There is no universal right sens for everyone. All the tutorials are just bait pretty much. Some give good tips.
My rec would be, find the DPI you're comfortable with just regularly navigating your screen with, then go in game, and adjust the sens until it feels right. If it doesn't ever feel right, then idk really. The PSA method is really good, the funny thing is it gave me the sens I was already using lol. But you just have to find what's right for you, and stick with it. That's all it is

Step 1: Go to a therapist and discuss it with them carefully not giving all of your private information just related to your problem
Step 2: If that doesnt help talk with your parents on how this problem is affecting your grades and convince them to buy the latest gpu, mouse, keyboard, monitor......
Step 3: If that doesnt help I'll send you a discord link where all the top pro's are on line you can discuss with them.
Step 4: If that doesnt help I'll personally listen to your problem and help you.
Step 5: If that doesnt help I'll hack Riot Games HQ and delete the game.

Just figure out how you want the game to feel. I used to play on high sens but the control was super hard, so I dropped to low/mid-low sens, but it just felt too slow. I think a good approach is to find a sens that makes you feel like you have control but one that feels smooth to aim with.

Overall, I basically shifted my dpi from 800 to 1200, and my sens from .3 to .25. For the record, I now have been using .26 with 1200 dpi - 312 edpi, for a while. Nothing too crazy but it works for me. After you find a sens just play with it and after time you'll get used to it.

Force yourself to stick with a sens. I like 0.3 x 800 dpi but everything depends on your mousepad, mouse, arm strength, arm length, sitting position etc. due to this sens feels a bit different to everyone. What matters is confidence and consitency.

A bit of a side tangent but I realized that in valorant mental is 60% of success in ranked. I used to hardcore practice mechanics (2h+ of aim training and dm per day) and struggled to perform in ranked games due to anxiety. Now I only play on sick leaves and weekends and have a lot of my self worth outside of the game, I aim calmer I am never in my own head, I think faster, I am less distracted and less affected by teammates.

My tracker is: weekend player:lul

The only days I went negative were days where I tried to escape reality through ranked.

watch Tenz's video on how to find the perfect sens, and then tweak it personally.
