No! If you want to watch pro players and how they play imo it's better to watch streams of whatever player is playing the roles you're interested in, so if you want to get better at Cypher, watch nAts, or if you want to get good at an initiator watch Sacy stream, although it's mosly portuguese I think. Imo it helps you a lot more than watching the VCT games because you get to see the individuals performance and decision making, whereas if you want to study strategies and the likes you watch pro games
you need to play 8 hours a day and 3 of those hours are training your aim for the first 3 months by watching videos on movement and aim and then also by practicing your aim in team deathmatch and the other hour is just watching tutorials on a specific agent that you will instalock for the next year. after 3 months you should be plat at least and then start to practice aim 2 hours a day by using aimlabs or kovaaks and team deathmatch (make sure its a good routine). start to learn how to use proper call outs and then just play ranked and watch vct. Play deathtmatch and TDM whilst focusing on your crosshair and implement an aim routine. Think while you play and try to mimic how pro players play in ranked (its different than in officials for example Derke over rotates in ranked because he knows that people tend to jus hit sites with 5 people and fakes are rare).
Watch some gamesense/ improvement guides and really apply the tips. Most people who watch guides dont implement anything but think they are learning just because they are consuming content, don't be like them. Watch few guides but really focus on things you struggle with and implement the tips
To get to gold , improve only your aim forget other shit cause u dont need it
Learn deadzoning bursting and practice crosshairplacement . Practice in dm / range , dont use aimlabs kovaks all of that shit
Somewhere up u asked if u could become a pro at ur rate of improvement , tbh if u go from iron 3 to bronze 2 and take 2 months for that , and even get placed in iron i doubt u have the talent to become a pro . but depends on ur pc also , i had 30 fps on my old laptop and reaching silver was impossible
