I feel that this is already the best champions yet
Right now my region rankings are as follows
Pacific>EMEA>Americas>China
Pacific already sent PRX and DRX to the playoff bracket and both teams looked good doing it.
Emea is second due to FNC stomping zeta and blg
And then last has to be China because none of their teams have qualed for playoffs and then that leaves Americas in third

I have been so impressed by the Chinese teams
EDG continues to put on a show every time they get on stage
Their opening match against giants was hard fought until the final map and there’s something about kangkang on chamber that just hits different
They were halted by a red hot PRX with something special on the roster this time

BLG wow
Just wow
Although this team couldn’t compete with FNC they took down Nrg of all teams
That is a feat no one will be able to take away from them

FPX they went out yes but they did treat us to some amazing plays in their two matches
I look forward to their next international appearance

The Americas region

Not the hottest start for the western hemisphere but

Loud is turning it up by absolutely dominating TL
Kru only lost to an incredible PRX team
NRG wtf happened I don’t wanna talk about it
And then EG are playing out of their minds
I love how demon1 a player from tier2 is now shitting on absolutely anyone and everyone inside and outside the server. I expect great things from this team

EMEA

Needs no introduction
This region is going crazy

FNC domination continues no further comment needed
FUT I just love this team if qw1 keeps turning it up and if he is out on neon I feel like this team can go far
NAVI you sent TL to hell now will you suffer the same fate against the Americas champions
TL you did your best in a hard group I look forward to seeing them next year
Giants I mean you started to put up a fight against EDG but y’all still have a lot to prove

very hyped, cant wait to watch the matches. i really want to see KRU and NRG winning today.

and tomorrow we have loud x navi which sounds like a banger. as a loud fan i want to see them dominate again but if navi plays like they have been playing against DRX and TL it will be a very good test to the team. idc if its 2-0 2-1 with crazy overtimes but i obviously want them to win and im super excited for this first time encounter.

I disagree with pacific being first tbh. Like I understand that PRX crushed a relatively tough group and DRX managed to go undefeated through arguably the toughest group, but T1 looked shaky against FPX and got blown out by FUT, same thing about ZETA but they played fnatic so it really doesn't mean much..

But I would say that the three leagues look as close as they have ever looked. All the leagues have legit contenders and some great teams on their sides too.

fair enough, but since pacific got 2 title contenders (drx, prx) and EMEA only has fnc i think that its also fair to say that as a region they are better rn. as individuals, no one is better than fnc though.

That's fair, but they legit have just 2 teams and the rest have looked pretty bad until now.

Americas seems to have only 1 legit contender but 3 good teams as well to go along with it.

Same thing about EMEA... FNC seems to be the only real contender but FUT, giants and NaVi aren't looking as slouches either

FUT arent close to PRX or DRX, right now the highest level of play coming out of multiple teams is Pacific. FUT are arguably a reason to put EMEA higher than Pacific rn but Zeta are a counter argument against that considering how compact and well coordinated they looked
