Issue with Chinese Teams

I feel like a lot of Chinese teams with the exception of EDG in some of their rounds have a lack of team coordination and seem to rely heavily on solo performances to win out rounds. BLG and FPX don't have completely awful aim and most of their players are good individually but don't have the strategies to outplay many teams.

It's their first time, relax, it took EDG 2 tournaments to adjust their playstyle

Yes of course international experience is important when coming into a big tournament like this. Hopefully a lot more people will understand that these Chinese teams in the future wont be a huge waste of a tournament slot.

The current 3 slots are for the growth and future of the scene ,so it is expected that the other 2 chinese teams have subpar performances

they don't really play a good info game on some of the maps, i feel like they should take their lotus and transfer some of their principles from that map over to maps like haven, some of these guys are swinging off of 0 info, going dry even sometimes
imo they actually improved their lotus again against fnc as compared to nrg, much more aware but their CT seems extremely reactive and super heavy on the gamble when they can just wait a few seconds and get the info first. nt though, i hope they learn and keep the run alive

it was during a time when there was a shortage of experienced pro players, they had to build a roster from the ground up and have only ever made upgrades by bringing in veteran players. The starting roster had like 3 people who have never been seen before in pro, that's how small the playerbase is rn

its crazy how they are so much newer to the game than the rest of the teams there at champs yet they are doing significantly better than everyone expected. just imagine by next year when they are up to speed. CN has so much potential in the next few years
