Drop rossi he's proven himself to be too inconsistent and inflexible for a team like this. You can't get away with only being able to play jett anymore.

next either 1 promote texture to full time duelist or 2 yoink Jemkin from SCARZ (this is assuming that he doesn't count as an import tbh idk how those rules apply in this situation since him and kristal are on the same team but are both russian)
if you switched texture over try to pick up kristal or shiro to play scans and flex onto second controller.
If bazzi wants to go back to initiator try to pick up blazerking instead (assuming he speaks english if not youre fucked)

Have Ayrin play full time supportive flash initiator and the other initiator player play scans, secondary controller if needed, and secondary flasher if you insist on the double flash comps.

Drop the comps that don't work (ahem ascent ahem) tbf a lot of these were caused by inflexibility of roles (rossi). While you're at it have your main initiator player (not ayrin) actually fucking learn sova. Bazzi has played it on ascent in like one game the other initiators listed have played him too. Fade loses so much value in the jett meta over sova.

1) jemkin is Russian and they already have ayrin
2) they won't be dropping skrossi because if they do so, their most of the fanbase will 📉
3) GE's biggest problem was their old ass comps and less coordination within team. With time and proper management ( with their head coach is now gone) they can overcome that
4) so if GE don't want to drop skrossi and considering there's no chance for them to do roster changes ( their team owner said so) they just need to work on their team work and coordination and of course role changes.

I think the best Thing for them is to get a Coach like LEV and Do what Mimi said on Plat chat Episode. (4 am Shower chicken and rice only meals and Every mistake he makes he get some type of punishment)

majority of the comp issues have been caused by rossi's inability to play anything other than jett on maps like fracture combined with their lack of faith in him as a duelist resulting in all the double duelist shit from LCQ. Same with the lack of coordination it really looks like no one on the team has faith in rossi.

ik they dont wanna drop rossi but hes really holding the team back. He doesn't function as a duelist properly within the team.

I think rossi should move to flex even though he probably bad at other agents as he was only playing jett.I think its more worth while to put in effort and get him to play flex this would allow the team to be able to restructure their comps and map picks while also keeping their big fan base

They will also smoked TBH. They cant beat Orangutan in VCL SA (Orangutan was the best team in SA and Venka and Deadly never won against them ) and Orangutan was literally the worst team in Ascension PACIFIC

Good structures and good talent developmemt made Demon1 and others what they are today

Obviously ranked highlight reels dont tell the whole story but even based of ranked, i only see mid op multikills from skrossi while rifling and deagle from venka and deadly looks even close to fucking yay level

Bro idk what ge is doing they need more than 1 indian player a game like india gets a one in a lifetime chance to play in franchising because theyre doomed in ascension and ge builds a 4th korean team instead of developing their own country

Ask yourself what riot is doing with China, theyre regularly giving them opportunities to play against the best teams in the world, thats how regions improve. Look how good China is and the game literally just got released there

You guys Need to understand 1 thing Global Esports or GE got South Asian Slot (Especially Indian Slot ) for VCT Pacific. If they drop rossi or decide not to play any South Asian or Indian Player in the team, the same RRQ situation will rise up where everyone will start flaming on them for not playing any Indian Player even after getting South Asian or Rather Indian Slot

I don't know if it's true or not but looking at his ranked Games He is Playing a Lot of Sova, Killjoy and Cypher recently after his Lose to RRQ , and Texture on the other hand is just spamming Jett in his ranked games

Non Franchise team can have 2 imports.

Scarz 2 imports r Jemkin and Kristal. Yoshii is PH but has JP permanent Resident, so he doesn't count as import.
According to the rules, Ascension promoted team into franchise gets safety measure to prevent poaching from franchise team. Safety measure ensure ALL members of the promoted team gets into franchise system REGARDLESS of the 2 IMPORTS rule.

The only bypass the franchise 1 import is only to the original roster member of the promoted team. So lets say ScarZ try to replace 1 import with another, it would be VOID because only the Player Jemkin and Kristal gets exemption, can't be any1 else.

I mean they tried running LF for raze maps before. My guess is they want that rossi clout and they figured texture could fill the role of the raze when needed. TBH LF's performance was nothing to write home about and the maps they played him he didnt put up huge numbers but its hard to tell if thats because of a lack of practice and structure behind him or LF just not being that good since it was literally 2 maps.
