how about, instead of just kicking the team that have played 2 years in the franchising, make them compete in that year ascension, so that at least those team can fight for their job stability and don't have to worry where they would end up after 2 years in the league

Do you guys want an open league like the soccer league or a closed league like American sports?

I am not very familiar with the European soccer scene, but the Japanese soccer leagues, except for a few popular teams in the top league, are operating at a loss, and local government taxes are used to make up the deficit. In contrast, Japanese professional baseball, a closed league, has all teams operating in the black.
