theres a lot more cities and locations to explore I'd prefer they not keep returning to one place unless its a home of a major region like BR or NA eu is kinda just spread apart

True but riot loves to come back to cities where they have hosted before and where they have headquarters and Istanbul, Paris and maybe Barcelona are the only places in Europe where they can get huge crowds so it would make sense if they came to one of these 3 cities
