Are the manwahs equally good, I read bastard( top according to MAL) but it wasn’t all that great except the final reveal, so my manwah inpression aint that good, also the manwah artstyle is so lazy)

Bruh manhwa artstyle is way better than manga for me. But bastard isn't the best artstyle anyway. The stories tho are excellent for both of them. Both of them are kinda like power fantasy. Read Orv on flame scans and tbate by just googling it

As i said, it looks lazy, lack of depth, one character panels, most panels of scenery look 2d with no effort of depth potrayal, actions scenes seem weak too compared to any other A-B teir manga.

My opinions are based off solo levelling

Even based off sl how does any of them look remotely close to lazy and lacking depth. They are far better than any manga panel except opm ones.

Also the anime and the novel are a different beast, as are all psychological stories. You can’t explore the thoughts of individuals in an anime properly

Gyakusatsu Happiendo (Massacre Happy End) is good too, so is Fire Punch.
If you want something shorter read the one shot Sayonara Eri

Sayonara Eri & Firepunch are both A+ , i can already tell your other recommendations would be good. I wanted to recommend you something but i forgot its name, it was a small manga about a man sold his life for money and a love story in between with a girl who was supposed to be her watcher

I hate how fucking invested I am into it but I absolutely adore it at the same time. This is the best slice of life content i have read so far. I can finally see the hype around slice of life stuff. It makes people feel what they arent able to feel irl, its sad and great at the same time how life and brain works.
