Why is chamber not that great anymore?

His kit while not as safe as before, still fills the same roles as before with a get out of jail free card every 30 seconds and a pretty huge tripe size that lets him sit on another site. You still need utility to clear chamber out of an angle, when his tp is still on cooldown. While his tp isn't as safe anymore he still can get away pretty safely and still can op well. Why is he still considered a bad pick in pro play, and ranked?

the problem is that on most maps if he sets up aggressively he will be in a terrible spot after tping and if he sets up passively it's too expected and will be countered anyways with smokes and util

his tp is too predicatable now. pre nerf chamber u wont know where he tp’d to which makes it so hard to trade him but now once u flush out a chamber off an angle u can just quickly rush his tp

I think mostly the get out of jail free card is just not as good anymore. chamber cant get as aggressive and get as far away without being punished.
headhunter is also worse (equip speed and spread nerfs) so you cant as easily swap over or use it. you essentially just become a guy with a gun and a single trip on most maps and that isnt very meta

please dont bring back that cringe boring meta
