He's able to write clever and witty lyrics about even the most mundane objects, while you're stuck making fun of him for it. Maybe if you spent more time listening to his music and less time trying to be funny, you'd understand why he's the greatest rapper of all time. But then again, I wouldn't expect you to have any appreciation for true genius

I will assume this is genuine and not a troll.
- Why did you assume I was a J Cole fan, nothing in my statement indicated that.
- I listen to large, probably unhealthy amounts of music 1000h+ a year lmao and I think it is a problem (again I don't understand why you would assume that I don't listen to music)
- Why would anyone not appreciate true genius?
- J Cole has said more impactful things than the coffeepot line. My point is that Eminem, who at the peak of his career was known for making edgy, provocative, ironic, self-aware and funny lines, through the year has kinda lost his edge, went a little bit too deep into it where instead of cool and edgy the lyrics became weird and too detached from anything. This "fall-off" does not by any means make him a bad rapper when considering the span of his career, I think he should be respected and held in high regard, but GOAT status (in my mind) requires much more consistent quality and successful rebirths.
