Personally, I would not advise eating unhealthy foods such as a big mac if you want to stop sweating at video games. Stop eating McDonalds and learn how to cook your own meals. Also if you're studying law I would assume you are in college right now and that you understand the financial pressures that you are going through. I would suggest finding a real job so you don't end up with $200k in student loans.
