Seoldam

For people who are more familiar with the JP scene, why doesn't seoldam join a bigger org? His acs on jett (not the be-all-end-all stat but still pretty important) is among the highest out of anyone, let alone jett players, and from highlights that have gone viral within the community it seems he is that flashy/star player type guy that a team would be lucky to have. I feel he is the type of dude that could put a Japanese or Korean team over the top.

Maybe he's the Governer of Korea. Flashy ranked player, has great highlights, but isn't good enough for a Tier1 team? IDK, but his highlights are insane.

Against Japanese teams.......

that would still let him get onto a tier 1 team in the japan region.

maybe he's just stuck in a contract for the time being or something, someday he'll make it to the top

Seoldam is an absolute monster. I think hes stuck on a contract or he simply doesn't want to switch teams.

probably gonna get downvoted but if he tries doing his flashy jett plays at LANs, NA and EU will have literally 0 trouble shutting him down lol

Nth is tier1~2 in JP. Qualified for Challengers Finals, placed 5-6.
They made roster changes so we can't make much assumptions yet

Nth having close games against CR and FAV help; I don't think Seoldam will join another JP roster atm. In terms of Korean val, since it's not developed enough, I don't think he'll join one

If korean val is not developed, what the hell is japan val then

Korean val does not have org support; Riot attempted to boost the teams but 3/8 of the boost teams have already disbanded. Viewership is nowhere near to Japan viewership
Japan val has one of the biggest fanbases(second to like Turkey) and it's growing from huge streamers like Stylishnoob. Japan-grown talent is fine, but importing Koreans comes as a result of the Korean scene struggling.

I believe that Seoldam's teammate, Astell said he and Seoldam joined a JP team because they pay better salaries.

Well, part of it is that orgs see a better opportunity in JP VAL than KR VAL, which is true, seeing as there's very few big orgs in Korea

There has only been a handful or orgs that were able to keep a roster in KR scene

-VS
-NUTURN
-TNL
-F4Q( They don't get paid salaries, but instead earns income through streaming and content creation )
-DWG KIA
-WGS
-GNG PRINCE
