Fraud region is just a term being used recently for any team that shits the bed when they probably shouldnt have. Accolades wise, yes EMEA is the best region so far, with Americas close behind and pacific somewhere in the nether, but with the results of the group stages so far being at least somewhat shocking like eg clearing DRX and navi losing to edg, it relates back to emea being a fraud region

BR - Idk, BR are boring as fuck and overrated.
OW - NA is bad as well, but it's a dead game that only Korean plays.

Technically we clear NA in BR games except Fortnite...though the entire scene is dead for eSports anyway.
In LoL LEC teams at least sometime make it out of groups and be mildly competitive against Asian representatives. And the good player go chase the bag in LCS after a few seasons (can't blame them)
