why is suygetsu still rated so high?

dont get me wrong im a huge fan of his insane mechanical skill and his fragging viper playstyle but why is he still so highly rated on most rankings?
he barely misses out the top 10 rating in his region, the only top 10 he is in, is KD and HS%.

he had a massive slump in performance since copenhagen and yet has to come back to his peak performance
