Surely u are not braindead enough to understand what she meant. It means riot is making it really hard for eu teams to get visas indirectly by holding the event in americas. Not by directly blocking them🤡. Smartest moatz moment

That is the most likely outcome because there will be 4 teams autoqualled to playoffs.
It makes sense for EMEA to have two autoqual because they have the most slots
Obviously there would be more than 1 team to have direct qualification from the best region in the game.
