pretty sure they cant sign one and the one who left on his own was his dynamic duo cuz before he joined lev, onur on his own couldnt beat kru by himself

and actually it wasnt him leaving, lev allowed him to take a time because of personal issues and come back, thats why onur isnt getting another one

But Onur used to be incredible right? I don't agree with his policies but you can't argue he used to be a top 5 coach worldwide for what he did for Kru and then Lev. I feel like there has to be something else that changed between last year and now.

He had Beto (Assistan coach) but he was more aimed to the mental stuff (Atleast that the vibe i got from him)

Onur is literally a tyrant, everyone has to agree with him, so it wouldnt surprise me that after a loss (Furia/100T/Eg) or even a close win (Sentinels) he started asking for more and more and burned them down.

Ahhh see losing that assistant coach def explains it for me. It's a 100T moment. But also yeah, something's deeply wrong in LEV and I don't think its solely on the players because we know they can be good.

Yes, but even losing that assistant, Onur has an ego that won't let him continue unless he calms down a bit, it already cost him Loud's spot.

He lacks that human aspect of being a coach, and well, personally, he just lacks being a human being.

I mean, it's an opinion that i have with him, but it literally cost him Loud's spot and i despite tyran people that believe they are right all the time, and well, a person like that is not suited for a position where he has to manage people.

he can speak some english, not fluent.

however if this is how the rest of his team continues to play (it's not his fault per se, everyone else looks like they aren't shooting back) then he should leave and look for offers in another team. honestly i could see kru wanting to pick him up
