No way they allow Sentinels to make roster changes. It wouldn't make any sense. They are only lacking 6th man and they have at least 2 coaches and one of them could just step in if needed. KCorp doesn't have 6th and is playing with their coach... Same with Heretics. Hopefully these teams are allowed to make changes because seeing them like this sucks, but Riot just sucking Sentinels would be so dumb.

Doubt it would be player changes since franchised teams are not allowed to sign players yet.
