Well it was a complety meta shift, a player overnight can go from good as fuck to mid with one meta change ( CRYO ) so playstyles are different and everyone has to get adjusted to a new style and new roles and some teams just do it faster then others

sykko brought too many new players in, could've kept shahz and dapr as 6th
NRG replaced a chamber crutch with another chamber crutch who is worse than the first and are now having role issues
c9 explained itself but they rebounded not too badly
EG is nepotism and just trashy management picking up mid talent
100t is a mystery to me, seems like sean was carrying their strat book hard and cryo is a fraud too

mostly role issues though, just let these chamber crutches play jett cause that's all they can play at this point

It started with the chamber nerfs so many good Jett players ruined by chamber. It's like they forgot how to play Jett or something

The problem is people expect miracles in the first season itself. Every team got shuffled and every player had to come out of their comfort zone to switch roles. Everyone wants quick results but building a good team chemistry takes time.

it all starts from the Chamber nerf.

Ardiis hasn't even filled yay's shoes in the slightest (chamber nerf huge factor).... NRG would be S tier with FNC LOUD etc but they miss firepower

NA orgs invest in short term period. Look at Furia. They Kept 4 players+ coach even when they didn't have expressive results internationally.MIBR bring VK core and kept their 2 best players, they lost lock in to Talon and didn't care, they keep putting effort and practicing. You will spend TIME to get better.
