I would say cNed's rifling is decent, his OP just overshadows it since he's so exceptional at OPing. Personally I wouldn't call him an "OP Crutch"

Yeah it's looking decent now as he is playing more of rifle but in lock-in it did cost them rounds , and I use the word crutch as he isn't seen as one of the best duelist but just as one of the best opers.
