I think 6-7 of the teams actually have potential and can definitely make it pretty interesting. I actually think APAC could come to be more stagnant than EMEA depending on how each scene develops

yes they will be boring
EMEA probably has the highest peak talent, but also some of the lowest aswell. The disparity is massive and will likely lead to some absolute snoozefests ie FNC v Fut or smth.
