Its been 4 years in us after moving from eu to us, i dont have any friends at the moment, i know english but when i speak it doesn’t come out clear i just lose confidence and have anxiety any tips?
When I first started learning Japanese I had a similar feeling. It felt like every time I spoke, people were judging me to make sure my grammar was flawless, but the vast majority of people don't do that. Most Americans, and even British people, don't speak "proper" grammatically correct English. If you ever get the opportunity to talk to people, don't worry too much about what you're saying. Outside of that, I can only recommend trying to watch more things like movies or tv shows that you've already watched in your native language in English, and if you're comfortable with it turn off the subtitles. You'll normally be able to piece together words and grammar you don't know.
