For me:

1. Champions 2021 - Super fun to watch all around. Every KRU game was incredible - KRU vs Gambit is still my favorite international LAN series ever. Gambit were super fun the entire event, playing slightly below their relative peak. Gambit coming back from 12-6 in the deciding map to 2-1 Vikings. The controversy with Acend and VK is valorant history. X10's underdog run with Patiphan playing out of his mind.

2. Reykjavik 2021 - Peak Sentinels was super fun to watch, seeing how the regions matched up against each other was super fun. Great moments like NU vs V1, soulcas knife etc.. IMO the Sen 3-0 Fnatic grand final is super underrated. 3 close maps with great moments.

3. (SO FAR) LOCK IN 2023 - Incredibly diverse. Great crowd. Feels super fresh due to the number of new rosters and a new map. The gap between regions seems smaller than ever. Already spawned bangers like 100T v EDG, LOUD vs NRG. Great moments already - Kingg's celebrating the 1v2, Stax waving. Super interesting storylines.

4. Copenhagen 2022 - First official crowd, PRX's run. FPX playing incredible. LEV v XSET.

5. Masters Berlin 2021 - Peak gambit. G2 vs Sen. 100T comeback v Acend. The final was a let down.

6. Reykjavik 2022 - Having derke stuck in quarantine after being able to fly out kinda ruined the event for me. The Zeta run was incredible to watch though.

7. Champions 2022 - Couldn't really watch it because I was busy moving.

Lock in is actually very entertaining tbh. I know everyone hate the format and its unfair but its so high stakes. Every single match so far has been an elimination match. It kinda pushes a lot of teams to the limit and show how strong their mental is back up against a wall.

Also I feel like despite the format there hasn't really been fluke wins. Maybe some teams didn't stand up to the task but the teams that won deserved it.

champs 2021 was best by far, just felt so much more hype and memorable than any other event

1. Champions 2022 - Everything you would want in an event. The regions were all insanely competitive and there were so many legendary moments (XSET turret bug, Stax mouse kiss, BOOM rope play). Every DRX match was insane to watch and ending the year on Loud vs. OpTic was poetic.
2. Masters Berlin 2021 - This tournament is already nostalgic for me, watching old Gambit own, 100T make their crazy comebacks, VS make their debut by destroying Acend, and CR almost upsetting GMB. What ruined this event was Riot putting all NA and EMEA teams on opposite sides of the bracket, so the semifinals were lame, but otherwise it was perfect.
3. Reykjavik 2021 - First international event and we got some crazy matches like NU vs V1 along with watching SEN dominate. Not knowing how regions stacked up yet was super interesting too and it was back when Shroud's watchparty was actually good.

Lock In would be #4 since it hasn't reached it's peak yet, but it's on track to go above Reykjavik so far.

Champions 2021 is the best tournament so far. Drama, banger games, good narratives and ofc eu domination
