By the time skuba was freed 100 Thieves already had bang so it wouldn't have made sense
As for Cloud9 they could have replaced maybe Xeppaa or zellsis but then Vanity would have had to pick up the initiator role

Ur roster has the mental fortitude of the gods

on paper, skuba may look better but the difference is

1. s0m is close friends with the OpTic core, especially FNS
2. very good team chemistry with all of the players (hard to build in one month)
3. FNS and chet generally have the ability to turn any “mid” player into a very skilled one, so there was not a huge risk in keeping s0m
   it all comes down to the practice and team bonding that we, as a community, dont see.
