does anyone know why this league in particular gets so much less attention? one of the most competitive, but the majority of teams aren't signed, and viewership is terrible.

Because Nordics are CSGO countries (and low population), maybe -UK maybe but even then I feel like UK is less invested than France or Spain for example. And less viewership = less orgs. Also really little personalities or known orgs to pull people into watching Polaris. Its sad but it is what it is.

I really dont know
Country wise it has a couple of countries that are still heavily rooted in cs; but to have the league only get slightly more viewership than DACH?! Thats just so weird for SUCH a good scene

In terms of orgs... well considering what we saw with Tundra I feel like thats directly tied to the viewership
It also doesnt help that the VCL format doesnt reward competitive regions since only 1 team moves on

Nordic region rules Csgo alongside with CIS. Orgs local orgs have not transitioned to Valorant yet and neither have most of the people. The league has 0 hype, even the loss of Benjy who could have helped hurts them.

If you add the lack of orgs, to the lack of viewership and combine it with it being probably the most expensive region to enter in since they demand higher salaries as it’s logical. All those combinations lead to this shit. It just needs people to watch it

Similar case to the Dach region imo but without the ruling CS part

Everyone still plays csgo in these regions, just like CIS.
