how do challengers league teams qualify for masters and champions? I want to know the chances of g2 or other teams qualifying to the big international events

No, they cant. The challengers leagues are all about qualifying for the ascension tournaments at the end of the year. Winner of those( 3 ascension tournaments for the 3 international leagues) qualify for a franchising spot for the following two years. None of the challenger league teams can go to masters or champions this year.

Well maybe not partnership but what I mean is they will play in the same league as partnered teams.

They don't. Teams that are not in the franchised league( EMEA,AMERICA,PACIFIC) need to win the Ascencion tournament from their own region. So teams like G2 and Acend won't be in any of the Masters and Champions this year. They need to qualify first to the franchised league
