Playing initiator is an innately inconstant role, most good initiators get called out for inconstancies at some point.
Enzo is always called inconsistent. Derrek has been called inconsistent. Even looking at Shao, there is stark inconsistencies. It's hard to be the role focused on helping your teammates and playing to your peak every round.
