Bro? He led 100T to champions even beating Fnatic. They had the hardest group playing against FNC and DRX but still put up good performances and he has shown he can frag as well as lead the team. YOu don't know how big the efforts behind the scenes etc. are and as said before from sgares he puts up a lot of work with the coaches trying to find the best strats. He is clearly a good IGL and still can improve
