I had high expectations from the story because of manga reviews but the animation is unexpectedly brilliant
1./2. Chainsaw man/Blue lock (I’ve read both manga for a long time, don’t force me to choose please)
- Mob Psycho (could see it beating one of the above two if either falls off)
- Spy x Family (solid show and op slaps)
- Eminence in Shadow (LOT of potential with this one)
- Akiba Maid War (lot of potential exists but so far only invested in panda)
- Bleach (I’m just a manga reader who isn’t feeling confident)
- Bocchi The Rock (the only other show besides chainsaw man that makes you go “this protagonist just like me frfr”)
- Reincarnated as a Sword (why does this not suck. Why.)
- Iruma-kun s3 (not very entertained yet but I’m still giving it a few more chances)
- More than a married couple (seems super stereotypical, still better than
- Shinobi no Ittoki (early 2010s-esque good ol dumpster fire)
Genuine take btw and yes I am aware I am watching too many shows. Therapy is too expensive

where do you see the potential in Eminence in the Shadow, I watched the first episode and it was probably one of the most generic things I have ever seen. Is it not just a shit version of batman gets reincarnated?

I wanna be mad that eminence in shadow isn't higher but then I remember that the anime so far is pretty shit compared to the anime.
haven't seen 'do it yourself' yet but otherwise great list, dunno why all the downfrags
the anime for Blue Lock has been fun so far but I read forward in the manga for the next few episodes and it's kinda cringe, just make up a magic sport instead of using a real sport like football,
because it sounds so corny when they are like full serious saying I'm gonna use my secret weapon; a header, or in the mc's case (spoiler), it's looking around himself.

ao ashi is pretty good, it's my favorite football manga I highly recommend it
