FCY played on equal ping against any SA team and still won (all of their matches were in SG due to SG having equal ping from VN and SA), so no, not every SEA team lost in mumbai, and the only case you can really bring it up is from BLEED due to them having sub 10 ping, AE, XIA were having around 20-30 to SG so they had to coinflip servers (and were playing with packetloss) so you can really blame on them.

But today did show that FCY is currently a different breed... XD
