Let's go! Koldamenta and Barbarr are really good starting pieces for competitive roster! I was bit scared guys like Koldamenta would be wasted on team that didn't want to win hard enough like the rumors/speculation of Mixwell and Magnum. Still hoping they pick up good rest 4 player, but its a good start and maybe we will actually get competitive roster from KOI

I just don't know does Rogue have anything to do with KOI Valorant tho. Because didn't both of them try to get into EMEA league separately? Its possible they merged with them even for Valorant tho. I don't understand Spanish so don't know what they said in the Ibai stream. But yeah true that Rogue usually has good rosters even tho in LoL they sold their 2 best players and got some less proven talent to replace. It ended up going well, but it made me question their decisions a little bit. Especially when both of them were pretty much forced to import to NA because Rogue asked so much money if I'm not wrong.
They tried to apply separately yeah, but just cause the deal wasn’t closed when the franchising applies started.
I also thought it was gonna be just a merge for LOL, but apparently it’s a full merge, KOI is taking all the Rogue infrastructure and sport teams under their name, Rogue brand is disappearing and now competing under KOi’s name
Koi now has one of the biggest infraestructuras and many top tier teams in many games, (Rogue has only placed once out of the LEC too 3 since they joined and it was just their first split). And a shit tone of money, Rogue sports director and team still have a lot of power of decision making.
Meanwhile now Rogue loses their brand but get one of the biggest fanbases in the world
So yes it was a big deal yesterday
