Im a firm believer that c9 will do well but I’m ngl i dont think yay will perform the same way he did on Optic. I feel like that Optic chemistry was unmatched, I don’t think vanity can utilise yay the same way that fns did. I hope I’m wrong but I don’t really see them performing as the ‘super team’ people are claiming them to be with the addition of mCe.

The way that optic revolved around setting up yay for success is insane. Idk if any other newly made team will be able to do that.

i personally believe mce and vanity are like the only 2 people in NA other than chet and fns who could even make that work. just trying to command a player like yay like fns did would improve vanity's already incredible igling to maybe a new height. i honestly think they won't be as good at first, but the new c9 roster has a higher ceiling than Optic IMO and has the potential to be as good if not better than prime optic and loud.

i just dont see C9 or NRG doing very well at all, they had great team chem and complemented each other so well. they are all so talented individually and mechanically but their teamplay abilities are so good and improved since NV, its sad to see it all fall apart. the OPTC core will never find another yay and yay will never have more supportive teammates than them and jimmy.

I think yay will be fine he was putting insane numbers before he was on nv/optic while he was on abx but i dont think he will have every game with superstar numbers because the way optic set yay up unless c9 do the same

one thing I'm pretty excited for is the chemistry that this team should be able to build pretty quickly

Yay and Zellsis were teammates at one point in CS under Lazarus

Zellsis has always been good friends with the Chaos trio (Xeppaa, Vanity, and Leaf)

and now they bought the Coach that led the aforementioned Chaos trio to their CSGO success before the org dropped them and they all switched games

Listen ik yay is awesome but I'd like to see him play alongside people that can have some protagonism as well and not over dependant on yay performance
