Dude you can't be real. If you're so focused on ACS, lets look at ACS consistency (which is a better measure of a player's value than looking at 4 maps which happened more than a year ago).
Yay's past 90 day stats:

251.1 ACS on Chamber over 838 rounds
246.0 ACS on Jett over 47 rounds
Of these rounds 393 were in Masters Copenhagen, and the remaining 492 were at Champions 2022 against the best teams internationally.
Tenz's past 90 days:

229.6 ACS on Chamber over 208 rounds
All of which were in NA LCQ against objectively inferior teams compared to international competition.
Overall, Yay (not even including the tournament Optic flat out won earlier this year) is outperforming than Tenz in the metric you care about most while also facing much tougher competition. So yes, Yay is statistically better than Tenz.
